Above Eleven Dubai Partners With CHEF PENELOPE DÍAZ Of Famed Fusion Ceviche For Special Four-Hands Dinner

In a first for Above Eleven Dubai, West Palm’s rooftop venue serving Japanese Peruvian Nikkei cuisine, the restaurant and Head Chef Erick Ramos, will be partnering with award-winning, Chef Penelope Díaz of famed Fusion Ceviche, to create an exquisite, five-course sharing menu.

Available for two nights only – on Thursday 17th and Friday 18th April, guests can expect an explosion of flavours purposefully curated to take tastebuds on a journey like no other.

With amuse bouchées designed to stimulate the palate – think delicate but flavoursome Ceviches, the starters are made up of traditional Peruvian dishes – Causitas and Octopus, followed by delicious mains – Red Snapper and Baby Chicken, all complimented with flavours which will excite the senses in more ways than one. And that’s not all, the menu culminates in a platter of desserts which beautifully brings to life the true taste of Peru.

Starting from just AED 395 per person including a welcome drink and water, there is also the option to add on a beverage pairing per course (cocktails, wine, digestive) for AED 595.

Served from 6pm to 11.30pm in the restaurant, there are no ‘official’ sittings, but bookings are essential and requires a minimum of two people to avail the menu. A live DJ will add to the ambience come 8pm, further enhanced with a percussionist from 9pm until 1am.

Set 14 floors above ground, Above Eleven Dubai has 360 views spanning the Burj Al Arab, Dubai Marina, Dubai Harbour and The Palm. With a backdrop that’s as stunning as the Above Eleven x Fusion Ceviche Four Hands menu, this is one experience not to be missed.
