Azure Beach, Dubai's beach and lifestyle destination, announce the launch of Iced Mondays, a new wellness concept that combines guided breathwork, ice bath therapy, and mindful breakfast to create a holistic start to the week.

Azure Beach introduction of Iced Mondays comes as a response to the growing demand for wellness experiences that transcend the traditional. Iced Mondays has been thoughtfully designed as a comprehensive morning ritual that combines ancient practices with modern wellness approaches, helping guests start their week with clarity, positive energy, and mindful intention.

The morning begins with an expert-led breathwork session from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, where participants learn and practice specialized breathing techniques that prepare both body and mind for the ice bath experience.

Following the breathwork preparation, guests are guided through the ice bath session, where they can experience the numerous benefits of cold therapy, including improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and enhanced mental clarity.

The wellness journey concludes with a healthy breakfast from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, complemented by a thoughtfully curated selection of 'PURE by Monin' cocktails and mocktails. These specially crafted beverages are designed to support the body's natural recovery processes while celebrating the accomplishment of the morning's challenges.

This journey is priced at AED 200 per person including all-day beach admission, allowing guests to unwind furthermore all day by the beach.
