Bodytree Studio Happenings this November

Bodytree have been offering health and wellness to the Abu Dhabi community since 2007, firmly cementing this grass roots space as a home away from home. Their vision is to create a community centre for all ages where people can escape their hectic lives and work towards wellness goals.

Bio-Well Readings with Sonia

Learn about the energy levels of each of your chakras, meridians, and organs, the balance between left and right sides of the body, and your stress levels. You will receive guidance on how to balance your energy system to produce healing and equilibrium. The measurements are done by capturing the energy in each finger through a desktop camera and software that measures the energy of the whole body. After your reading, we will take you through a Sound Healing treatment.

Online Hypnobirthing with Bloom Hypnobirthing 14th, 21st, 28th Nov and 5th Dec 6:30pm - 9:30pm 1,485AED This 12-hour live online Hypnobirthing course is a complete in-depth antenatal training programme designed to release fear and build confidence during pregnancy and birth, providing you with the knowledge and tools to have a positive and empowering birth. The birth partner will learn valuable information on how to have an active role in supporting mum in both pregnancy and birth. The course is ideal for pregnant mums and their birth partners, from 20-36 weeks and is taught using the Katherine Graves (KG) method of Hypnobirthing, which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives in the UK. Holy Hamstrings! with Angela Friday 19th November 10:00am - 11:30am 120AED One for the men - you don’t need to be a runner or sports enthusiast to appreciate this workshop, although this will be a bonus addition to the practice. Give your hammies some TLC by learning active and passive stretches as well as trigger point release techniques for an increased range of pain free movement. Full Moon Yoga in the garden with Angela Friday 19th November 7:15pm - 8:30pm 125AED This year there won’t be a better opportunity to be practicing outdoors as on November 19th Full Moon Garden Yoga. The Garden Yoga Flow will take you through asanas which strengthen determination, willpower and confidence. Kundalini Yoga & Ecstatic Dance with Nancy Zabaneh - International instructor Saturday 27th November 6:00pm - 8:00pm 175AED Experience a special gathering designed to connect with the pulse and natural flow innate in all of us. Let the sacred practice of Kundalini yoga pave the way for a free-form movement activation as one of the oldest pathways of collective meditation. This class is designed to release tension, generate energy, open the heart and build new neural pathways.
