Dubai's highly anticipated Butterfly Carnival Music Festival has been announced for 9th November 2024 from 2:00pm at the Media City’s Ampitheater. Bringing together a fusion of global music, delectable cuisine and artist showcases to the Middle East, guest are in for an absolute treat.
This year's iconic festival promises to be more exciting than ever, featuring an updated lineup of headline acts including a stellar artist showcase with none other than ‘King of the Dancehall’, Beenie Man whose career spans over three decades with multiple Billboard Chart entries and Grammy Awards.
Attendees can also look forward to a vibrant mix of acclaimed local and international artists and DJs, with diverse music genres and something for everyone. Set against the backdrop of Dubai’s stunning skyline, the Butterfly Carnival Music Festival will also include a variety of curated food stalls, bars, interactive art installations and other entertainment options, making it a must-visit event for music lovers and culture enthusiasts alike.
Supporting acts include Rampage Sound (London Notting Hill Carnival) and Heartless Crew (BBC 1Xtra) and an eclectic mix of genres across all stages including Afrobeats, Dancehall, Bashment, Soca & Calypso, Reggaeton, Funk, Amapiano, Afrohouse and Hip-hop & RnB.
Inspired by London’s Notting Hill Carnival, Trinidad and Tobago’s beats, and Brazil’s Rio de Janeiro Carnival, the Butterfly Carnival will transform Dubai Media City Ampitheater into a dynamic hub of celebration.
