Calling Pregnant Barre Babes in Dubai

Dubai-based barre studio, Barre Effect is inviting pregnant Barre Babes and their bumps to join a special prenatal class, followed by a wellness workshop hosted by nutrition expert, Sandra Sharpe a Functional Nutrition Practitioner.

The event is happening at the Barre Effect studio in Al Safa 1 on Saturday June 1st, from 12.15pm until 1:30pm. Places are limited for the one-off event in which mum-to-be Sophie, one of the Barre Effect instructors, will lead pregnant guests through a signature class which she will modify to accommodate different stages of pregnancy. 

Following the class, women will hear from wellness expert, Sandra Sharpe who will share tips and advice around fertility, hormones, prenatal health and nutrition. Guests will have the chance to engage in an open discussion in which they will discover the best ways to nourish their body, support their baby’s development, and promote overall well-being during pregnancy.

Sandra is known for her functional approach to hormones and fertility and specialises in pregnancy and postpartum wellness.  Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and bond with fellow mums-to-be in a welcoming and empowering atmosphere.

The special class aims to inspire pregnant ladies to stay healthy and keep moving through their pregnancy in a safe and effective way, and discover the inclusive atmosphere of Barre Effect, and the Barre discipline.
