The Birdcage, a rooftop bar based inside Pullman Downtown Dubai, is inspired by that of a birdcage (duh!), allowing guests to enjoy a playful night out with great food, drinks, and dancing. With the décor expressing itself through its holograms of birds, neon lights and purple furnishings, as well as roman sculptures and glitzy chandeliers, this bar is more than photo-ready for all your Instagram accounts.

Along with its fancy décor and extensive cocktail menu, Birdcage’s food is nothing short of mouth-watering, serving Asian meets Latin American bites. Behind the creation of these dishes is Chef John Kennett Lagundi, who has put together a menu including some greats like chorizo gyoza, ceviche, tiradito, grilled meats and seafood. Plus, you can treat yourself to desserts that range from a Uruguayan peach tart to burnt ube cheesecake.

Make your way to The Birdcage in Downtown Dubai from 16 August. The venue will be open from Tuesday to Thursday from 6pm to 2am and Friday to Sunday from 6pm to 3am.
