CAMP, the DIFC-based fitness club, will celebrate the launch of a new class specifically designed for mums and mums-to-be: Mums & Bumps.
The launch event will take place on 19th November with two free classes and a pop-up event featuring UAE home-grown brands.
In celebration of the new class, CAMP will host two free classes at 10:15 and 11:15 am. Led by a pregnancy and postpartum athleticism coach, Mums & Bumps will support mums in the pre- and post-natal stages, featuring safe and strengthening moves focused on the core and pelvic floor.
Everyone who takes the classes will leave with an incredible goodie bag filled with products and discounts from some of the community’s most-loved brands for mums.
From 9 am to 1 pm, the public is also invited to browse the launch’s dedicated pop-up, a showcase of inspiring female-owned UAE-born brands. From children’s clothing and products to skincare and even a lactation consultant and physiotherapist, the pop-up will cater to the special needs of women in this beautiful stage of life.
The club also features a children’s play area, welcoming families to bring their children and caretakers while parents are in classes. Throughout the Mums & Bumps class timings, CAMP will offer free nanny service for your little ones.
CAMP will run the Mums & Bumps class two times a week at 10:15 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. First timers will receive a special discount of AED 65 for their first class. CAMP is also live on Classpass.
