Guests will first step into an intimate Asian tea room, where the art of tea is celebrated through a signature tea menu, traditional tea ceremonies, and a selection of rare and premium Chinese teas. The focus is on GABA-infused teas, a special category known for their unique fermentation process that enhances both flavor and wellness benefits. Hidden within the tea room is the entrance to GABA’s cocktail bar, a space that channels the nostalgic vintage glamour of elite social clubs, where the world’s tastemakers once gathered in private, opulent settings. The design blends soft lighting, curated vintage décor, and statement pop-art pieces.
GABA’s bar program embraces simplicity and craftsmanship, offering a stripped-down cocktail menu. Drinks are crafted with fresh-squeezed juices, premium spirits, and no artificial infusions, ensuring a pure, refined taste. The bar is known for its gin-based creations, alongside a prestigious selection of rare whiskeys and Champagnes.
Guests are encouraged to be adventurous and select the bartender's choice option, where one of Gaba’s many skilled bartenders will create a custom drink for the guest's particular palette.
The music curation is equally distinctive, featuring a blend of soul, krautrock, alternative rock, and contemporary icons like The Zombies, Kanye West, Frank Ocean, and Blood Orange, setting the tone for an effortlessly cultured atmosphere.
