Get Active on the Beach – Family day of Fitness & Fun

Active on the Beach, Dubai's annual health and fitness beach festival is back. Join the Middle East's top fitness influencers and wellness experts at the iconic Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah on February 25th, from 9am to 6pm for a day packed with invigorating back-to-back workout featuring high-intensity interval training (HIIT), yoga, pilates, transformative group meditations, and mindfulness workshops.

Leading these dynamic fitness classes are some of the Middle East's top fitness influencers, trainers, and wellness experts. The line-up includes husband and wife duo Micheal and Vivienne Addo, popularly known as Mr and Mrs Muscle, Health & Fitness Coach, Motivational Speaker, Fitness TikTok Sensation and Entrepreneur, Dina Sari Taji, Senior Pilates Teacher at MyCore Studios, Anesti Mano, and renowned Nutrition and Gut Specialist, Mary Cristine. 

In its third year, this event promises to be bigger and better than ever by introducing an exclusive children's area epecially for families featuring a bouncy castle, climbing frame, art and craft tent, face painting, balloon bending, and a visit from the Kempinski Titan Tikes Mascot.
