#LIFELESSON1 - Close Your Laptop at 5:30 PM, Don't Look Back!

My job is both high-pressure and incredibly rewarding. Striking a balance between professional success and family life is crucial to me, and I've found that effective time management and a strong support system at work and home are key.

By delegating tasks, setting clear objectives, and optimizing workflows, I ensure that I wrap up my workday by 5:30 PM. I highly encourage my team to do the same, let’s work very hard so we can all finish on time.

While I am at work I have a very dedicated team at home, my nannies, Jo-an and Rea. After 5:30pm I can shift my focus to what matters most: spending quality time with my children in the evenings. Their assistance is invaluable, enabling me to excel in my career while cherishing precious moments with my family. Remember, closing your laptop at the end of the day isn't just about work—it's about embracing life beyond the screen and nurturing meaningful connections with loved ones. #WorkLifeBalance

#LifeLesson3 - Health is Wealth

As a busy mum, I've truly come to understand the significance of the phrase "health is wealth," both for myself and my family. It's been quite the journey learning to prioritize my well-being amidst the chaos of daily life. From cooking nutritious meals together to relishing family walks, I've discovered that integrating healthy habits into our routine not only keeps us physically strong but also strengthens our bond. As mums, it's easy to overlook our own needs, but I've learned that scheduling regular checkups and carving out time for self-care are essential for our overall happiness. These little acts of self-love not only benefit me but also set a profound example for my kids, ensuring I can be the best mum possible. So, amidst the hustle and bustle, I always make sure to treasure these moments and prioritize my health.
