As the Founder and CEO of The Wellbeing Sanctuary Training LLC in Dubai, she leads initiatives aimed at helping individuals achieve mental and physical well-being through innovative mindset training programs such as DecodeYou®. As a Holistic Health Expert, Sarmistha integrates various disciplines of mind science to address the mental and physical health challenges of her clients. Opening The Wellbeing Sanctuary Training LLC in 2021, it has quickly become a prominent hub for mental fitness in Dubai, offering a variety of meditation classes, workshops, and specialised training courses. With 12 years of hands-on experience and extensive studies, Sarmistha has developed a profound ability to understand and influence the human mind, with her approach emphasising personalised solutions tailored to promote overall well-being.

The first half of her journey, when her consciousness was dormant and she lacked self-awareness, she often played the victim, blaming others for her pain. However, her experiences and observations of others have taught her invaluable lessons.

Cultivate Psychological Maturity

Psychological maturity involves taking responsibility for your thoughts, emotions, and actions, which means no blame game or victimhood for me. Developing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience is crucial for navigating life's challenges. This helps me to find meaning and purpose even in the most dire of circumstances, enabling me to lead with empathy and wisdom. As a result, I can foster a positive impact on both my team and clients.

Prioritise Proactive Self-Care

Intentions alone are meaningless without taking the appropriate actions. Proactive self-care is the foundation of holistic well-being. By deliberately nurturing my mind, body, and spirit, I ensure a balanced and healthy life. Incorporating proactive self-care into my routine allows me to maintain my energy, focus, and overall well-being, enabling me to pursue my goals with vitality and purpose. As an entrepreneur, this proactive approach is essential for sustaining my passion and drive, ultimately leading to long-term success and fulfilment.

Perseverance as a pillar in my Entrepreneurial Journey
