At.mosphere Burj Khalifa, the iconic dining destination on the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa, is delighted to introduce two new business lunch menus from the 1st February.

This sophisticated business lunch menu presents a carefully curated selection of starters, main courses, and desserts, all complemented by free-flowing bubbles. Guests can begin with a choice of starters, including the soup of the day, beef carpaccio with parmesan and balsamic vinegar, smoked salmon salad, or a rich foie gras terrine. For the main course, there are several indulgent options: homemade linguine with vegetable ragout, tender short ribs with pomme purée and seasonal vegetables, seared sea bream à la plancha with pomme purée and seasonal vegetables, or a decadent truffle croque monsieur served with a seasonal salad. To finish, guests can indulge in an array of tempting desserts, such as velvety chocolate with hazelnut foam, paired with chocolate sorbet and hazelnut praline, or a refreshing selection of sorbet and ice cream with a variety of flavours including chocolate, apple, raspberry, passion fruit, yogurt, coffee, and vanilla. Guests may also choose from a classic crème brûlée or a refined daily cheese selection, offering the perfect end to a remarkable diningexperience. The three-course menu is available every Saturday and Sunday between 12pm and 3pm for AED 325 per person with a choice of starter, a main and a dessert.
