Today Sarah shares with us a typical day in her life and career:

6 AM:I start my day by getting up and giving my cat some love. Then, I fuel my energy with a run surrounded by trees and flowers—nature helps me recharge. I top it off with some yoga to center myself and get in the right mindset for the day.

8:30 AM:I start the day by focusing on key updates and business developments. This is my prime time to connect with the leadership team to brainstorm, strategise, and lay the groundwork for our next big move. The energy is contagious—it’s all about building momentum and pushing boundaries.

12NOON:I grab a coffee, stretch, and reflect on how we can challenge the status quo. It’s the perfect time to pause, recharge, and think about how we can disrupt the market.

2 PM:Afternoon meetings are when I dive deep into conversations with members and clients. I listen to their interests, challenges, and opportunities and work on adding value to their growth. Whether it's a strategic partnership or providing tailored advice, this is when I genuinely feel I’m making an impact.

4 PM:I continue working on executing our innovative strategies and connecting with partners globally. This time is about ensuring we’re on track with ongoing projects and seizing new opportunities.

6 PM:Evenings are dedicated to mentoring my team and connecting with other leaders to exchange insights. I believe in empowering others and fostering collaboration.

10 PM:Before winding down, I read business articles or personal development books. This is my quiet time to reflect on the day, gather inspiration, and consider what’s next.
