JOB TITLE: CEO & Founder of Prestidge Group, Award-Winning Producer of '48 Hours in the Metaverse' at Digital Twiin Productions, Digital Tech-Fashion Designer at Oltair, Metaverse Board Advisor to INTERPOL and Futurist.

MOVED TO THE UAE IN: 2017

Briar Prestidge wears many hats and we're not sure how she squeezes it all into one day as CEO of Prestidge Group, an award-winning documentary producer, Web3 evangelist, and futurist. She is also a metaverse board advisor to INTERPOL's Investigations and Forensics team, as well as a board advisor to Humanity+, the Metaverse Fashion Council, and serves as a strategic advisor for Imagin3 Studio.

In 2016, Briar founded Prestidge Group, a leading executive personal branding, PR, and speaker relations agency. The company manages HNWIs, C-level executives, technology experts, celebrities, government officials, and investors, with offices in Dubai, New York, and London.

In her award-winning documentary ‘48 Hours in the Metaverse', Briar spent 48 hours non-stop on VR and metaverse platforms interviewing 21 experts across 33 virtual worlds. The documentary was awarded five laurels from major film festivals and was featured in leading publications such as Forbes and WIRED. As a tech-fashion designer, Briar has a futuristic fashion label for avatars and a shopping empire on Roblox under her tech-fashion house OLTAIR. In 2021, her first phygital fashion label, inspired by her luxury suit collection (now closed), was showcased at the world’s first Metaverse Fashion Week on Decentraland.

Briar aims to influence a new generation of creative thinkers who dare to envision humanity’s next steps. To learn about how we can elevate the human condition, find solutions to world problems, and find a balance between opportunity and risk, she hosts exclusive discussions with visionary CEOs, tech experts, scientists, inventors, futurists, and philosophers on her podcast HYPERSCALE: The Podcast of the Future, and on her upcoming documentary, Cyborg To Be.

Briar was named one of the ‘Top 100 Most Influential’ people in the United Arab Emirates by Ahlan! Magazine, and has been featured in Entrepreneur, Forbes, OSN, Emirates Woman, Marie Claire, Grazia, WIRED, and The National, among others, in recognition of her work.

Let's discover a day in Briar's life:

6:30 AM: As soon as I wake up, I make my bed—it's a keystone habit that kick-starts my day right. Next, I'm on the balcony, sipping electrolyte-infused water and mapping out the day. My morning caffeine fix is usually an almond milk latte or an Americano.

7:00 AM: I dedicate this time to staying ahead of developments in tech and futurism, ensuring I'm informed about the latest trends impacting our industry.

My mornings are longevity focused – I incorporate exercise — either a 15-minute walk with stretching and red-light therapy, or weightlifting at the gym to boost energy and focus.

I've been exploring intermittent fasting 2-3 times a week to optimize cognitive function and energy levels; on other days, I opt for a protein-rich breakfast. I’ve found that listening to my body's needs is essential for maintaining peak performance.

8:00 AM: With offices in Dubai, New York, and London, and a team of 16 different nationalities, my schedule often spans multiple time zones. Often I’m travelling for keynotes or filming for my documentary and podcast; my days are very varied!

When I’m in Dubai:

Mornings are time for creativity and big decisions, so I try not to have meetings before 11 AM.

9:00-10:30 AM: I head to the office and dive into my high priority tasks, which could be strategizing for one of my ventures, approving content or travel arrangements for my podcast HYPERSCALE or 'Cyborg to Be' docu-series, or looking over our latest Oltair digital fashion label for avatars.

11:00 AM: First meeting of the day - usually one with my teams to discuss our ongoing projects or agency expansion. We might discuss new trends in executive branding for a Prestidge Group client, or strategize about how to streamline our processes.

1:00 PM: I try to remember to have my lunch, and when I do, it’s usually a high protein, nutrient-rich meal that helps keep my energy steady - I quit sugar and processed food years ago.

Post-lunch, I often record episodes for my podcast or work on my documentary projects. I might be interviewing experts on longevity, transhumanism, or the future of technology. These conversations continually fuel my passion for exploring the convergence of technology and humanity.

4:00 PM: My afternoons typically involve meetings with various high-profile clients. These could include strategizing with tech moguls about elevating their personal brand, or advising government officials on their communication strategies. The diversity of our clientele, from corporate CEOs to cutting-edge startup founders, real estate developers (including one who owns an island), and renowned industry experts keeps our work dynamic and pushes us to constantly innovate our branding approaches.

6:00 PM: If I'm not working late, this is often when I wrap up my workday. Some evenings, I have overseas business meetings due to time zone differences. This is also when I catch up with my US team.

7:00 PM: I have after work activities, such as drumming, weight training, or yoga, and I spend time cooking some of my favorite meals for my family while watching TV.

9:30 PM: I switch off screens and settle in with a good book (currently reading Ready Player One).
