8AM: As a property consultant, I begin my day at around 7 AM by meticulously planning my schedule. 10AM: Upon arriving at the office, I conduct a brief debriefing with the team to confirm that all tasks are on track for the day. Given the competitive nature of the real estate market, I prioritize checking for updates and any new property listings that have emerged in the past 24 hours. 12NOON: After addressing the needs of all my active clients, I ensure that access is arranged for any upcoming viewings scheduled for the afternoon. This structured approach helps me effectively block out my day, with mornings dedicated to planning, meetings, and administrative tasks.
