Let's find out about a day in the life and career of Dr Spica:
6AM: When alarm goes off, I start my day heading straight to the kitchen. I love this quiet time in the morning before the hustle and bustle begins. I always take a few moments to enjoy my smoothie in peace while planning the day's schedule.
8AM: I arrive at the clinic and start preparing for the day. I review my schedule, check patient files, and make sure everything is set for my first appointment. I like to be thoroughly prepared so I can give my patients the best care possible.
10AM: By this time, I'm fully immersed in consultations and treatments. Whether it's a consultation for a surgical procedure, a follow-up appointment, or an aesthetic treatment, each patient gets my full attention and care.
12NOON: It’s time for my short break. I grab a quick lunch and take a few minutes to relax. It’s important to take this time for myself to stay focused and energized.
2PM: The afternoon is often filled with follow-up appointments and consultations. I meet with patients to discuss their progress, answer any questions, and plan next steps. I love seeing the positive impact my work has on their lives.
4PM: My official workday is winding down, but I often have a few more tasks to wrap up. I finish any remaining consultations and ensure all patient notes are updated. I also take a moment to check in with my team to address any concerns or discuss the next day's schedule.
6PM: By this time, I'm usually back home. I check in with the kids about their day at school, help them with homework, and spend some quality time with my family. We have dinner together, which is a precious time to reconnect and relax.
8PM: After dinner, it's time to wind down. I take the dogs for a walk, which is a nice way to decompress after a busy day. Once the kids are in bed, I might read a book, catch up on some light work, or watch a show with my husband.
10PM: I start getting ready for bed, making sure to do my skincare routine. A good night's sleep is essential, so I try to unwind and prepare for another busy day ahead. I feel grateful for my fulfilling work and the love and support of my family.
