Meet Nathalie, the Creative Director of Ralee Design, where they turn houses into homes with heart.
After years leading marketing for big corps, Nathalie swapped boardrooms for blueprints in 2019. Designing spaces that look stunning and feel even better. That’s her magic.
As a certified FengShui practitioner it’s all about creating homes where life happens—beautifully.
Today Nathalie shares with us a day in her life and career:
7:00 AM: Morning Hustle
The day kicks off with a whirlwind—getting the kids ready, a quick breakfast together, then it’s off to school drop-off. It’s a cherished routine, full of energy and little laughs.
9:00 AM: Gym Time
Next stop, the gym. Fitness is non-negotiable—it fuels my day and keeps me sharp. Whether it’s strength training or a killer spin class, I’m all in.
11:00 AM: Creative Power Hour
Back at the studio with the team, this is when I dive into design. Sketching concepts, selecting materials, or reviewing project details—it’s my favourite time to get lost in the creative flow.
1:00 PM: Client Meetings or Site Visits
I’m either meeting with clients to discuss their vision or on-site, ensuring every detail is coming together beautifully. Nothing beats seeing a space transform in real time.
3:00 PM: Business Mode
Emails, team check-ins, and tackling the admin side of things. Running a business means balancing creativity with strategy.
5:00 PM: Family Time
The kids are back, and it’s all about catching up on their day, homework help, or squeezing in a quick board game before dinner.
7:00 PM: Wind Down
We enjoy a family dinner, followed by some quiet time—usually reading or a bit of Netflix. It’s my way to recharge.
9:00 PM: Early to Bed
By 9, I’m winding down for the night. Sleep is sacred—it keeps me energized and ready to tackle whatever tomorrow brings.
