Let's discover a day in Sarah's world:

8AM: Have either completed school drop-off or waking up if worked late the night before. En route to the office/ clients or a gym work out depending on day.

10AM: Usually on client call or team meeting and on my third cup of tea

12NOON: Checking work of junior team and offering guidance on ongoing projects.  Liaising with new business prospects, lunch meeting with clients/ prospective clients

2PM: sometimes a quick school pick-up, I try twice a week or client meeting/ collaboration meetings

4PM: More tea, another meeting or sometimes gym work out fitted in at this time

6PM: Try to finish what is required in office, head home often with calls in car. I utilise car time effectively as I am fortunate to have a driver

8PM: Late dinner with kids, or a catch up of the day. Family time can mean watching movie or just hanging out. Sometimes I have after work commitments, dinners or celebrations and its dress up time.

10PM: After the kids are settled for the night, I spend a couple of hours catching up on any remaining work—whether that’s responding to emails, preparing for upcoming meetings, or reviewing documents. This is the time when I make sure everything is aligned for the next day.
