COYA Dubai is excited to bring back its immersive Pisco Sour & Ceviche Masterclass, renowned for its authentic Peruvian experience. Taking place every last Sunday of the month.
Latin American flavours, colours, and energy fill this weekend's event as tastemakers master the art of mixing Pisco sours, Latin America's most famous cocktail, and creating their own ceviches, Peru's iconic national dish.
As the journey begins in The Pisco Bar, the expert bartenders explain pisco's history and demonstrate the skilled craftsmanship involved in infusing each bottle and beverage. After guests prepare their delicious concoctions, COYA's highly skilled chefs explain the traditions and techniques behind Peru's famous ceviche.
Following the masterclass, participants will indulge in a tasty three-course lunch.
