Quick And Easy Recipe – By Executive Chef At Carluccio’s

Ingredients:

• 300 gr Spaghetti Pasta

• 60 gr Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)

• 5 gr Garlic (Chopped)

• 5 gr Red Chili (chopped)

• 30 gr Italian Black Olives

• 20 ml Olive Oil

• 25 gr Green Peas (Cooked)

• Salt and Black Pepper

Preparation:

• In a pot add water and salt and bring it to a boil.

• Once the water starts boiling. add the spaghetti pasta and cook it for 10-12 minutes.

• Once the pasta is cooked drain the water and switch off the heat.

• In a hot pan add the olive oil, chopped chilli, and garlic and let it sauté for 2 minutes.

• Add the halved cherry tomatoes, green peas, and Italian olives and let it cook for 2- 3 minutes.

• Add the cooked spaghetti pasta as well as the salt and pepper for seasoning, and now it’s ready to be served.
