If you’re looking for something different, (and delectable), to do this summer, dessert bar, BRIX has announced an exciting new menu that is sure to get those tastebuds tingling. Sister restaurant to one of Dubai’s favourite homegrown brands, 3Fils, BRIX is taking the city by storm as Dubai’s first, (and only), contemporary dessert bar. Located at Jumeirah Fishing Harbour, BRIX is led by experienced chocolatier and Head Pastry Chef, Carmen Rueda Hernandez and she and her team are excited to announce a new chapter at BRIX with the launch of The Seasons experience this summer.
The multi-sensory dining experience describes itself as, ‘a journey through multiple courses of food and storytelling, curated to evoke the feeling of nostalgia and memories of old for guests.’ Well, we’re sold! With memorable desserts and elaborate mocktails that represent each season, hence the name, ‘The Seasons’ experience, diners can expect to see a vast array of ingredients including truffles, sea lettuce, wasabi and more, combined to create playful and indulgent flavour combinations.
Priced at just AED 195 per person, The Seasons experience at BRIX includes a four-course menu as well as mocktails. The Seasons takes place daily, with the exception of Mondays when BRIX is closed, and is available in three sessions: 4pm-5pm, 7pm-8pm or 10pm-11pm. Bookings are essential. We’ll see you there!
