New month and a new fabulous offering from SUSHISAMBA Dubai who bring a a one-night celebration of wood-fired finesse and cross-cultural creativity with Spanish culinary visionary, Dani GarcÃa.
On Saturday 3rd May, guests dining in SUSHISAMBA’s main restaurant can savour an exclusive menu insert spotlighting six dishes from Leña - crafted with Dani’s signature flair and wood-fired intensity. Expect bold, theatrical plates like, The Foie That Wanted To Be An Apple, Grilled Avocado, The Burger That Gave Meaning To Everything and Torta di Rose, just to name a few.
For those seeking a deeper dive into Dani’s culinary universe, a limited Four-Hands Dinner will be hosted in SUSHISAMBA’s Private Dining Room at 7:30pm. This intimate gastronomic journey, created in collaboration with SUSHISAMBA’s own Kitak Lee, brings together the best of both chefs’ worlds. Guests will be treated to a six-course menu featuring, Brioche, butter and truffle (Leña), Amaebi Shrimp from Hokkaido (Leña – Smoked Room), Smoked Eel nitro tomato, Roasted pepper caramel and almond soup (Leña – Smoked Room), Chilean seabass (SUSHISAMBA), The BurgerThat Gave Meaning To Everything (Leña) and Torta di Rose (Leña). Priced at AED 1,200 per person, the experience includes a curated beverage pairing and is limited to just 13 guests, ensuring an intimate evening of fire, flavour, and finesse.
