The last 12 months have seen some well deserved recognition of mid-life woman power. From Hollywood to our own communities - the economic impact, the experience and wisdom of women to drive progress and own the space can no longer be ignored. Here in the UAE, this is no different, and our forty are definitely a force to be reckoned with.
