The Walking Dead Latest Spin-Off Comes To Our Screens

STARZPLAY, the leading subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) service in the MENA region, is set to exclusively premiere the highly anticipated season two of The Walking Dead spin off, Dead City, on May 5th.

Six months into The Walking Dead: Dead City’s events, season two follows the popular Maggie and Negan, played by Lauren Cohan and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, respectively, as they find themselves working against each other to navigate the crumbling city that has become of post-apocalyptic Manhattan. When they join forces once again, they find that the way out of a world full of anarchy, danger, beauty and terror is far more challenging than they had imagined, with allegiances shifting at every turn.

The Walking Dead: Dead City S2 will feature eight episodes, written by Eli Jorné, Zoe Vitale, Keith Staskiewicz and Sarah Nolen. Alongside longstanding directors Michael Satrazemis and Ed Ornelas, Lauren Cohan will be making her directorial debut in the series on episodes four and six.
