Honest Chat // Why You Shouldn’t Buy Multipack Knickers

Honest Chat // Why You Shouldn’t Buy Multipack Knickers

I mean, where do I even begin with this? For context, I am known in my circle of friends as being entirely against a multipack being your choice of underwear, and it’s true.

Nothing good comes to mind when you think of multipacks, mostly beige and Bridget Jones style, so it can’t be a good way to make you feel.

As a first layer of your outfit for the day, your underwear can make a difference to how you set yourself up for the day and feel in your skin and carry yourself which can make a big difference.

I’m probably going to get trolled for this topic, but I stand by it. Google ‘Multipack underwear’ and the only thing that comes up is either for children (where it frankly should have stayed) or a pack of 10 black, or worse still, beige (!), unflattering cotton numbers. We are better than this, aren’t we? I do believe that nice underwear makes you feel better in your skin, it’s not just about who sees it (or doesn’t) but how you feel wearing it. Buying a multipack caters to the masses which means the fit can be incorrect and unflattering.

There is no need to go out and buy yourself an uncomfortable piece of material that fits in all the wrong places, but there are many options out there that don’t come with nine other friends in a plastic bag.

You don’t need to break the bank to indulge in this new shopping habit, many high-street brands have lovely piece with a reasonable price tag…

There is a place for multipacks like post operation or birth, and, if you are 5, other than that, it is a hard no from me. We can do better…
